The Pro-Shot Micro-Polished Pistol Cleaning Rod is a precision-grade 12" stainless steel cleaning rod designed for .22 caliber and up pistol bores. Pro-Shot's micro-polished finish produces an exceptionally smooth rod surface, and the rod itself is engineered softer than barrel steel to reduce the risk of bore damage while patches and brushes travel through your handgun's bore.

At 12" long, this rod is sized for pistol-length barrels in rimfire and centerfire handguns. The industry-standard #8-32 thread pattern accepts the full range of Pro-Shot and other makers' #8-32 bore brushes, jags, and adapters for small-caliber handgun maintenance. The slotted tip holds standard cleaning patches, and Pro-Shot's proprietary handle design lets the rod rotate freely inside the handle so the attached brush spirals with the rifling rather than scrubbing against it. A brass patch holder / storage tube is included to keep the rod protected and ready to deploy at the bench or at the range.
