The Primary Weapons MK216 MK2 MOD 2 is a semi-automatic AR-10 platform rifle chambered in .308 Winchester / 7.62 NATO, engineered around PWS's long-stroke piston operating system for reliable performance with both suppressed and unsuppressed fire.

Built around a 16.1" barrel and feeding from a 20-round detachable magazine, the MK216 delivers full-power .308 performance in a familiar AR-style carbine footprint. The long-stroke piston design routes propellant gas away from the bolt carrier, allowing the rifle to run cooler and cleaner than a comparable direct-impingement system and to shrug off the heavier fouling of 7.62 NATO loads.

The MK2 MOD 2 wears a uniform matte black finish throughout, paired with a Magpul buttstock and Magpul pistol grip for a familiar hand fit and easy access to the broad aftermarket of AR-10 accessories. The action is semi-automatic, and the rifle is configured with ambidextrous controls so it handles confidently for both right- and left-handed shooters.
