Pietta 1873 Great Western II Buntline 45 Colt 12" 6-Rd Single Action Revolver

The Pietta 1873 Great Western II Buntline revives the long-barrel silhouette of the frontier-era single-action revolver. Manufactured in Italy by F.lli Pietta, this Buntline pairs a 12-inch blued steel barrel with a matching blued cylinder, all mounted on a deep color case hardened steel frame. The exposed hammer, classic blade front sight, and smooth walnut grip preserve the period-correct profile of the 45 Colt chambering that defined the American single-action revolver.

Built around the traditional Single Action Only mechanism with a 6-round cylinder, the 12-inch Buntline configuration offers an extended sight radius well suited for Cowboy Action Shooting and range use. The blued finish on the barrel and cylinder is handsomely contrasted by the case hardened frame treatment, giving the revolver its distinctive two-tone appearance.

This is a new-production Italian-made revolver chambered in 45 Colt (Long Colt), representing the Great Western II line's faithful long-barrel tribute to the original 1873 single-action pattern.
