The Phase 5 Weapon Systems Hex-2 Buffer Tube Assembly is a heavy-duty pistol buffer tube CNC-machined from USA certified 7075-T7 billet aluminum. Its distinctive hexagonal cross-section sets it apart from a conventional round AR buffer tube while delivering the rigidity demanded by hard-use AR-pistol builds.

Measuring 7.4" overall with a 2" profile and weighing just 5 oz, the Hex-2 is specifically engineered to accept SB Tactical pistol stabilizing braces. This complete assembly ships ready to install with the included 3.5" Phase 5 nitrile foam pad for improved shooter comfort.

Finished in black anodized aluminum and built in the USA, the HEX2C provides a rigid rear mounting point for any AR-15 pistol configured with a pistol-style buffer tube. The hexagonal tube profile gives the brace interface a positive, non-rotating seat for a more solid cheek weld and a consistent sight picture.
