The Phase 5 ABL/CHA Ambi Battle Latch Charging Handle is a premium ambidextrous upgrade for the AR-15 platform. Precision machined from 7075 aluminum and finished in Mil-Spec Type III hardcoat anodized black, this charging handle is built to deliver strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life under hard use.

The ABL/CHA (Ambidextrous Battle Latch / Charging Handle Assembly) features a truly ambidextrous design: a right-side pull latch paired with a left-side push lever, effectively doubling the grabbing surface area of a standard charging handle. That makes the rifle fast and easy to charge from either side, whether you are a left-handed shooter, working the action with the rifle on a sling, or want maximum one-handed control of the bolt.

Designed to hold up under extreme conditions, the ABL/CHA uses an upgraded stainless coiled spring pin with a .1875" diameter for enhanced durability over mil-spec components. At just 1.7 oz and measuring 7.50" overall, the assembly drops directly into any standard AR-15 upper receiver as a replacement for the factory charging handle, making installation a straightforward swap.
