The case is built from a high-impact polymer shell with polyurethane foam padding layered through the interior to cushion and isolate your firearms from one another and from the walls of the case. At 24.95 lbs empty, it is hefty but still manageable thanks to the integrated rolling wheels and heavy-duty carry handles.
