The Pelican Storm IM3100 is a long gun case engineered to safeguard a single rifle or shotgun from the rigors of transport and storage. Built in the USA from Pelican's signature HPX high-performance resin, this case delivers serious impact resistance in a package that remains surprisingly easy to maneuver.

The IM3100's interior measures 36.50" long x 14" wide x 6" deep, providing ample room for a full-length rifle or tactical shotgun, while the 39.8" x 16.5" x 6.70" exterior keeps the overall footprint manageable. Inside, foam padding cushions the firearm against bumps and vibrations, and the smooth finish on the case body slides cleanly in and out of vehicles and storage racks.

Pelican equipped the Storm IM3100 with a serious sealing and security package. An O-ring seal combined with an automatic pressure-equalization Vortex valve keeps the interior waterproof and dust-tight, so the contents stay protected in rain, snow, or airline cargo holds. Six press-and-pull latches lock automatically but open with a light touch, and four padlockable hasps give the user the option to add extra security.

For transport, the case is outfitted with two double-layered soft-grip handles and in-line wheels, so a heavy rifle and optics can be rolled into the range or hunting location rather than carried. The case is also floatable, adding a layer of safety around water crossings or boat-based hunts.
