The Pearce Grip PGXD45 is a polymer magazine base plate extension built specifically for the Springfield XD family of .45 ACP pistols, including the XD, XDM, and XD Mod.2. The PGXD45 replaces the factory magazine floor plate to add approximately 5/8 inch of additional gripping surface, giving the shooter a more secure, full three-finger hold without altering the magazine's original capacity.

Molded from high-impact polymer in a black finish, the extension is textured to closely match the factory Springfield grip pattern so the extended bottom blends cleanly with the pistol's grip frame. Pearce designs these units to withstand drop tests from -20F to 250F, making the PGXD45 well suited for everyday carry, range work, and duty use alike.

Fitment: The PGXD45 fits factory .45 ACP magazines for the Springfield XD, XDM, and XD Mod.2. It is not compatible with the Springfield XDS .45 ACP or XDM Elite magazines. Installation is tool-free: the factory magazine spring and follower are retained and the PGXD45 simply snaps in place of the existing base plate, with no permanent modification required.
