The Patriot Ordnance Factory 00342 Enhanced Anti-Tilt Buffer Tube is engineered to eliminate the carrier tilt that can compromise the reliability of an AR-platform rifle. Machined from Mil-Spec 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum with a hard-wearing black finish, this 6-position carbine tube installs on any lower receiver cut for a standard carbine buffer tube.

The defining feature is a pair of carrier cradle extensions machined into the tube body. These extensions support the carrier at full extension of the recoil stroke, virtually eliminating the upward tilt that a standard tube allows. A detent-lock keeps the tube from rotating under recoil, and three extra drain holes are added to evacuate any moisture that finds its way inside the tube.

Sized for the .223 Rem/5.56mm AR-15 platform, the 00342 is fully compatible with all POF P415 rifles as well as any standard AR-15-pattern carbine build, making it a straightforward upgrade for shooters chasing crisper cycling and longer service life from their rifle.
