The Patriot Ordnance Factory 00306 Roller Cam Pin is a direct-replacement cam pin built for the POF P-308 and other 7.62x51mm NATO / .308 Winchester AR-platform bolt carrier assemblies. Standard AR cam pins use a square head that grinds against the inside of the aluminum receiver with every cycle, accelerating wear on the upper receiver. POF's roller cam pin swaps that abrasive contact for a rolling motion, reducing friction, smoothing the action, and extending service life on piston-operated AR-10 platforms.
