The Pachmayr Decelerator is a premium aftermarket pistol grip designed specifically for the Thompson/Center Contender single-shot pistol. Injection-molded from Pachmayr's proprietary soft rubber compound, this gripper is engineered to be 50% softer than standard grip materials, with an internal air chamber recoil pocket that helps tame felt recoil and shooting fatigue.

The grip body is finished in a deep checkered pattern for positive traction, while the front strap is shaped with integrated finger grooves to lock the shooter's hand into a consistent, repeatable position.
