The Otis Ripcord is a one-pass .17 caliber rifle bore cleaner designed for fast, field-friendly maintenance. Threaded onto a cleaning rod with a 5-40 thread pattern, the 36" pull-through is run breech-to-muzzle so fouling is pushed out of the bore with no gravity feed required.

The cleaning surface is built from Nomex fibers woven around a rubber helix, delivering 10" of aggressive material that flares outward to make 360-degree contact against the bore wall. The Nomex acts as both a brush to loosen carbon and residue and a patch to capture fouling particles in a single pass, while the rubber components keep the tool tracking straight down the bore.
