Odin Works XMR Extended Magazine Release - Red AR-15 6061 Aluminum

The Odin Works XMR Extended Magazine Release is a drop-in upgrade for the AR-15 magazine catch, machined from billet 6061 aluminum and finished in a red anodized coating. Its oversized button face is roughly 4x larger than a standard mil-spec release, giving shooters a much easier target to actuate during reloads without breaking their grip on the rifle.

The XMR is designed to work with KNS pins, and installs as a drop-in replacement for the factory mag catch button. The release is fully compatible with standard AR-15 lower receivers and fits into the existing magazine catch pocket with no modifications required.

Odin Works precision-machines the XMR from solid 6061 billet aluminum for a clean fit and long service life, then anodizes it for wear resistance. The extended profile is accessible to shooters of all hand sizes and shapes, making rapid magazine changes easier in competition, defensive, and recreational use.

Measurements on the XMR include a height of 0.85", length of 0.94", and thickness of 0.17", with a total weight of approximately 0.15 oz. The release is sold as a single magazine release button.
