The Nosler Ballistic Tip Hunting bullet in 270 Caliber (.277") is a premium 130 gr Spitzer reloading projectile engineered for consistent accuracy and reliable expansion on thin-skinned game. A fully tapered copper jacket is drawn around a lead alloy core and capped with Nosler's signature polymer tip, which initiates expansion at a wide range of velocities while preserving the bullet's aerodynamic profile in flight.

The boat-tail Spitzer profile delivers a ballistic coefficient of .433 and a sectional density of .242, giving handloaders a flat trajectory and retained downrange energy well suited for deer, antelope, sheep, and hogs.
