The Mossberg Silver Reserve Bantam Youth is a purpose-built over/under shotgun chambered in 20 Gauge for smaller-framed and developing shooters who want a lightweight, easy-to-handle field gun. Built around Mossberg's proven break-open action, this Bantam variant scales down for youth and ladies' hunters without sacrificing the look, balance, and reliability that define the full-size Silver Reserve line.

The gun features a pair of 26" over/under barrels finished in classic matte blued steel with a vent rib for fast target acquisition, paired with a single bead sight. The 3" chamber accepts 2-3/4" target loads up through 3" magnum field loads interchangeably, and the traditional 2-round over/under capacity makes it a classic two-shot field companion for upland bird hunting, clay walks, and youth shooting sports.

At the heart of the Silver Reserve is a satin silver stainless steel receiver with engraving for corrosion resistance and a refined look. The fixed black walnut stock is shaped to the Bantam's shorter length-of-pull for proper shouldering and trigger reach on smaller shooters, finished in a classic brown stain. The gun is configured for right-hand use with a naturally positioned tang safety for thumb operation, and the package tips the scales at 7 lbs with an overall length of 45" for a well-balanced, easy-carrying profile in the field.

Out of the box, the Silver Reserve Bantam ships with Mossberg's 5-choke Field set, giving the next generation of shooters the flexibility to swap patterns as they progress.
