The Mossberg Patriot Carbine brings the Patriot platform into a more compact, easy-handling package chambered in 300 Win Mag. This bolt-action hunting rifle pairs a 20-inch matte blued threaded bull barrel with a matte blued drilled and tapped receiver and a fixed black synthetic stock, delivering a maneuverable setup that still takes full advantage of the long-range authority of the 300 Win Mag cartridge.

The threaded bull barrel is cut with a 1:10 twist rate, well-suited to stabilizing the wide range of bullet weights commonly used for big-game hunting. Because the receiver is drilled and tapped and no iron sights are included, this Patriot Carbine is set up from the factory to be paired with a scope or other optic of the shooter's choice.

The Patriot's bolt action is dressed up with a spiral fluted bolt body and a streamlined bolt handle, lending both an upscale look and a smoother cycling feel. Feeding from a box magazine with a 5+1 capacity, the action is matched to Mossberg's user-adjustable LBA (Lightning Bolt Action) trigger, which allows the pull weight to be tuned to the shooter's preference without removing the action from the stock.

At 40.25" overall and just 6.50 lbs, the Patriot Carbine is short and light enough to shoot comfortably from a blind or tree stand while still offering the reach of a full-power magnum. The fixed black synthetic stock provides weather resistance and a low-glare matte finish that blends naturally into hunting environments.
