The Mossberg Patriot in 300 Win Mag is a traditional bolt-action hunting rifle built around a stainless steel receiver and a 24" fluted, threaded barrel with a 1:10" twist for stabilizing the long, heavy-for-caliber bullets that magnum hunters rely on. The matte blued metal finish pairs with a classic walnut stock for a clean, traditional field-rifle appearance that is right at home in big-game hunting country.

Feeding from an internal 3-round drop-box magazine for a 3+1 capacity, the Patriot runs Mossberg's adjustable LBA (Lightning Bolt Action) trigger and a two-position safety for confident field operation. A threaded muzzle ships capped from the factory and is ready for a user-supplied muzzle brake or suppressor. The rifle ships from the factory with no iron sights, as this combo is set up around the included optic.

Right-hand configured in a full-size layout with a 44.75" overall length and a 7 lb carry weight, this Patriot balances well as a scoped hunting rifle. The package includes a factory-mounted Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40mm riflescope, giving hunters a ready-to-shoot big-game hunting combo straight out of the box.
