Mossberg Patriot 30-06 Springfield 22" 5+1 Bolt-Action Rifle - Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40 Scope

The Mossberg Patriot is a bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 30-06 Springfield. This model 27942 scoped combo ships with a factory-mounted Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40mm riflescope for a versatile magnification range suitable for hunting and target work right out of the box.

The rifle features a 22" fluted barrel with a match crown and a 1:10" twist. The barrel is paired with a stainless steel receiver finished in matte blued metal. The bolt action is fitted with an adjustable LBA trigger and a crossbolt safety at the rear of the receiver.

A fixed walnut stock in a brown finish gives the Patriot a traditional sporter look. The rifle is configured for right-hand shooters, weighs 8 lbs, and measures 42.75" overall. Iron sights are not included - this combo is configured from the factory for scope use.

The action feeds from a detachable drop-box magazine with a 5+1 capacity. Combined with the included Vortex Crossfire II scope, the Patriot 27942 is shipped as a turn-key bolt-action hunting package.
