Mossberg Patriot 30-06 Springfield 22" 5+1 Bolt-Action Rifle - Black Synthetic

The Mossberg Patriot in 30-06 Springfield is a full-size bolt-action hunting rifle purpose-built for the field and the range. The Synthetic-stocked variant pairs a matte blued metal finish with a black synthetic stock for an all-weather, no-nonsense package.

The heart of the rifle is a matte blued stainless steel receiver that has been drilled and tapped for scope bases, mated to a button-rifled 22" fluted barrel with a recessed crown and a 1:10" twist. The fluting trims weight and helps dissipate heat between shots, while the recessed crown protects the muzzle from damage in the field. No iron sights are included, leaving scope mounting entirely up to the shooter.

A detachable drop-box magazine provides a 5+1 capacity. The Patriot wears Mossberg's user-adjustable LBA (Lightning Bolt Action) trigger, which can be tuned from roughly 2 to 7 pounds without pulling the action from the stock, and a crossbolt safety for fast right-hand operation.

The fixed black synthetic stock is configured for right-hand shooters and gives the rifle an overall length of 42.75" and a carry weight of 6.50 lbs. Equally at home chasing big game in the timber or punching groups at the range, this Patriot is a scope-ready bolt-action rifle built for the working sportsman.
