The Mossberg Patriot is a bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 25-06 Remington. This combo package (Mossberg 28059) ships with a Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40mm scope included, so the rifle arrives ready for the range or the field.

At the heart of the Patriot is a stainless steel action finished in matte blued metal. The button-rifled 22-inch barrel is fluted and carries a 1:10 twist rate with a match crown at the muzzle. The barrel is free-floated inside a classic fixed walnut stock shaped for right-hand shooters, with a length of pull of approximately 13.75 inches.

The rifle feeds from a detachable 5-round box magazine for a 5+1 total capacity, and the trigger is an Adjustable LBA trigger. A crossbolt safety at the rear of the receiver provides intuitive, thumb-friendly operation. No iron sights are installed; sighting is handled entirely by the included Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40mm scope.
