The Mossberg Gold Reserve is a full-size over/under break-open shotgun chambered in 20 Gauge with a 3" chamber and a traditional two-shot capacity. Built as Mossberg's premium sporting shotgun, the Gold Reserve blends classic field styling with refined features for upland bird hunting, sporting clays, and general field use.

At its core, the Gold Reserve pairs a 30" over/under vent-rib barrel in a polished blue finish with a black polished engraved stainless steel receiver. The break-open action swings open cleanly for loading and unloading, while a tang-mounted safety sits in easy reach of the thumb for positive, intuitive control. A standard bead sight rides on the vent rib for quick target acquisition in the field or on the range.

The stock is a fixed black walnut forearm and buttstock finished in a classic brown tone, configured for right-handed shooters. The shotgun measures 45" overall and weighs approximately 7 lbs, balancing naturally for swinging on birds or following clays. Mossberg includes five choke tubes so the pattern can be tuned for everything from close-flushing upland to longer-range sporting targets right out of the box.
