The Mossberg Gold Reserve is an over/under break-action shotgun chambered in 16 Gauge with polished blued 28" vent-rib barrels and a 2-round capacity in 2.75" chambers. The silver receiver is finished with engraved scrollwork and gold inlay, paired to a fixed Grade A walnut stock in a classic brown finish.

The break-open action loads and unloads through the breech, with a tang safety and a bead sight. Measuring 47" overall and weighing 7.50 lbs, the Gold Reserve ships with an Extended Sport choke set (5 chokes) for tuning shot patterns across different loads.
