The Mossberg 95068 Barrel Heat Shield Kit dresses up and protects your plain-barrel pump shotgun, adding a protective shroud between your support hand and a hot barrel during extended shooting sessions. Designed by Mossberg for the 12 Gauge Mossberg 500, 590, and Maverick 88, this heat shield clamps on without modification or drilling and delivers a rattle-free, factory-spec fit over the existing magazine tube.

The shield combines a glass-filled nylon outer with an aluminum core and is finished in Mossberg's Marinecote coating for corrosion resistance in wet, humid, or marine environments. The low-glare finish blends with factory barrel coatings and is built for hard field use.

Fitment notes: Engineered for 12 Gauge plain-barrel Mossberg 500, 590, and Maverick 88 shotguns. Not compatible with vent-rib barrels, the 590 Shockwave, 590A1, 590M, or 590 7-shot models equipped with a +1 magazine extension.
