The Mossberg 590S Shockwave is a compact pump-action 12 Gauge built on Mossberg's proven 590 platform and configured as a pistol-grip-only firearm. Chambered for 3-inch shells and fed from an under-barrel magazine tube, the 590S Shockwave cycles 1.75", 2.75", or 3" shells interchangeably and ships with an 8+1 capacity.

At the heart of the 590S Shockwave is a 14.38" matte blued steel barrel mated to a black anodized receiver. The barrel is fitted with a fixed cylinder choke and a bead front sight, keeping the sighting system fast and uncluttered for close-range use. The signature Raptor Birdshead grip in black gives the 590S Shockwave its compact, no-stock handling.

The 590S Shockwave carries over Mossberg's standard pump-action feature set, including dual extractors, twin action bars, a positive steel-to-steel lockup, and an anti-jam elevator for reliable cycling under heavy use. Overall length is 30.75" and unloaded weight is approximately 5.30 lbs.
