Mossberg 590S 12 Gauge 3" 18.5" 10+1 Pump-Action Shotgun

The Mossberg 590S is a 12 Gauge pump-action shotgun purpose-built for defensive and tactical use. Chambered for 3" shells and fed from a magazine tube, it runs everything from light target loads to heavy buckshot and slugs, making it equally useful on the range, in the truck, or set up as a home-defense shotgun.

At the heart of the 590S is an 18.50" heavy-walled barrel with a matte blued finish - thicker and stiffer than a standard hunting barrel to stay on aim during rapid follow-up shots. The barrel uses Mossberg's Accu-Choke system and ships with a cylinder bore choke installed for maximum spread with buckshot. A simple bead front sight keeps the sight picture fast and intuitive.

The black receiver is drilled and tapped for optic or accessory mounting - a real plus for buyers who want to add a red dot or light/laser combo. Controls are intentionally familiar: an ambidextrous safety sits behind the action, and the pump-action design feeds reliably round after round.

With a total capacity of 10+1 (ten in the magazine tube plus one in the chamber) and an overall length of 37.75", the 590S balances compact handling with a serious round count. The fixed black synthetic stock shrugs off weather, drops, and rough handling, and the whole package comes in at 6.75 lbs empty - light enough to carry all day, heavy enough to manage recoil from defensive loads.
