The Mossberg 590A1 is a heavy-duty, pump-action tactical shotgun chambered in 12 Gauge with a 3-inch chamber, purpose-built for military, law enforcement, and defensive use. This variant wears a protective Cerakote Grey finish over the metalwork and is paired with a rugged synthetic stock.

At the heart of the 590A1 is an 18.5-inch barrel with a fixed cylinder bore choke, delivering wide pattern spread with buckshot and slugs at close quarters. The magazine tube holds 6 rounds for a total working capacity of 6+1 (6 in the tube plus 1 in the chamber).

The Cerakote metal finish adds corrosion and abrasion resistance while giving the shotgun a low-visibility grey appearance suited to tactical and home-defense roles. An overall length of 37.75 inches and a weight of approximately 6.75 lbs keep the 590A1 fast-handling despite its reinforced construction.
