Midwest Industries Slimline AR-15 12.625" M-LOK Free-Float Handguard - Black

The Midwest Industries Slimline MI-SLH12.625 is a 12.625" one-piece free-float handguard for AR-15-pattern rifles. The Slimline model provides a continuous top rail and multiple attachment surfaces for configuring an AR upper with compatible sights and accessories.

The handguard is machined from 6061 aluminum and measures 1.5" in outside diameter with a 1.3" inside diameter. Installed weight is 10.3 oz. A black Type III hard-coat anodized finish covers the handguard, while the barrel nut and patented torque plate are made from heat-treated 4140 steel. This model is manufactured in the USA.

Accessory interfaces include a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny top rail, M-LOK slots on three sides and two integral anti-rotation QD sling-swivel sockets. The handguard is fully dehorned and deburred.

The Slimline handguard is compatible with standard forged AR upper receivers. Billet-upper dimensions vary, so compatibility should be confirmed with the upper manufacturer. This handguard is not intended for gas-piston AR systems.

Included components are the barrel nut, barrel-nut wrench and one five-slot polymer M-LOK accessory rail. This handguard is offered in New condition.
