Midwest Industries SIG MCX 5.56 NATO Muzzle Device Collar - Phosphate Finish

The Midwest Industries SIG MCX 5.56 Muzzle Device Collar is a precision barrel accessory designed to let SIG Sauer MCX owners install standard aftermarket muzzle devices on their rifles. SIG's factory MCX barrel uses a tapered shoulder that will not accept most off-the-shelf brakes, compensators, or flash hiders, so this collar installs between the barrel and the new muzzle device to convert that taper into a conventional 90-degree shoulder with the same shoulder geometry found on a standard AR-pattern barrel.

Machined from 4140 steel and finished in a matte black phosphate coating, the collar is built to handle the heat and recoil of regular 5.56 NATO use while resisting corrosion. It is a dedicated fit for SIG MCX rifles chambered in 5.56 NATO and is manufactured in the USA by Midwest Industries.
