Midwest Industries MP5K M-LOK Handguard - Black

The Midwest Industries MISP89M is a drop-in M-LOK handguard purpose-built for the HK MP5K, SP89, and SP5K platform. Machined from a single billet of 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a durable hard coat anodized black, this professional-grade one-piece handguard replaces the factory polymer furniture to add modern accessory-mounting capability to one of the most iconic subgun designs ever built.

The slim 1.6-inch-wide profile carries a continuous mil-spec 1913 top rail for optics and iron sights, paired with nine full M-LOK slots and one five-slot M-LOK section for weapon lights, lasers, foregrips, and other M-LOK accessories. Installation is straightforward with all required tools included, and at approximately 2.6 ounces with hardware installed, the handguard adds negligible weight to the host platform. Proudly made in the USA and 922r compliant for use on U.S.-built SP5-pattern clones.
