The Midwest Industries MI-MP5M is a professional-grade M-LOK handguard built specifically for the HK MP5 platform and clones, including A1 and A2 models. Machined as a single-piece design from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a durable black hardcoat anodized coating, this drop-in handguard weighs just 4.8 oz and features a slim 1.6 inch outer diameter that sits only slightly wider than the factory receiver.

Up top, a continuous Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny rail runs the full length of the handguard for mounting optics, red dots, or iron sights. Along the sides and bottom, M-LOK slots accept a wide range of lights, lasers, and grips. Two anti-rotation QD sling swivel sockets are integrated for quick-detach sling attachment, and one five-slot M-LOK rail section is included for users who want to mount standard Picatinny accessories.
