Midwest Industries Front Sling Adapter - Picatinny Rail Mount

The Midwest Industries Front Sling Adapter provides a low-profile, quick-detach mounting point for attaching a rifle sling to any M1913 / Picatinny rail. Designed and manufactured in the USA, this adapter lets you add a secure front sling attachment without the bulk or snag hazard of a traditional fixed swivel stud.

Constructed from 6061 aluminum and finished in a matte black hardcoat anodized coating, the MCTAR-06 is built to resist corrosion and stand up to hard field use. The adapter clamps directly to a Picatinny rail with an Allen-head crossbolt and accepts slings up to 1-1/4" wide through its pivoting QD loop, allowing the swivel to self-align as you shoulder and maneuver the rifle.

Weighing just 0.9 oz, this sling mount adds front-end sling functionality to your rifle without noticeably affecting handling or balance. It is an ideal upgrade for AR-platform rifles and any other firearm equipped with a standard Picatinny rail at the front of the handguard, gas block, or barrel.
