The MEC New Style Collet is a replacement 12 gauge collet designed for MEC shotshell reloading presses. This steel component is the key sizing piece in the collet-closer station, closing around the base of a fired 12 gauge hull to restore proper base dimensions for consistent reloads.

The new style collet is engineered to fit the MEC Sizemaster, Steelmaster, 8567N, and 9000GN progressive shotshell reloading presses. All MEC progressive presses with the adjustable collet closer use this new style design, which superseded the older fixed-style collet on these machines. MEC part number 808012.
