Upgrade your Mec-Gar pistol magazines with the Mec-Gar Plus-2 Drop Protection System (DPS), a purpose-built floor plate adapter set designed to add capacity and shield your magazine from impact damage. Engineered specifically to fit Mec-Gar polymer floor plate magazines for Beretta, CZ, Sig, Taurus, and Witness handguns, the kit cannot be used to replace a metal floor plate.

The DPS Plus-2 system includes the drop protection base, a Plus-2 capacity adapter, and a metal locking component for a secure fit on the host magazine. Constructed from durable black polycarbonate, the adapter features molded grooves and angling along the sides to improve handling during speed reloads and to absorb shock when the magazine is dropped, helping protect the feed lips and reduce the risk of impact-induced feeding or ignition issues.

This is an aftermarket magazine accessory only - the host magazine is not included. The Plus-2 DPS is compatible only with Mec-Gar aftermarket magazines equipped with a polymer (not metal) floor plate in the listed pistol platforms.
