Rather than purchasing a separate magazine, this kit lets you upgrade the one you already own with a longer base pad and the internal components needed to feed the extra rounds reliably.

Everything required for the conversion is included: a black polymer "Plus-2" magazine extender, a phosphate steel locking plate (heat-treated for strength), a Type D music wire spring rated for the longer column, and a high-visibility green polymer follower that lets you confirm round count at a glance. The steel locking plate seats into the magazine body to retain the new base pad, while the longer spring and green follower keep the cartridge stack aligned under recoil.

This adapter is designed specifically for Mec-Gar's full-size 9mm Glock-pattern magazines and is not interchangeable with OEM Glock floorplates.
