The MEC 600 Jr Mark 5 is a single-stage shotshell reloader built specifically for the 16 Gauge shooter who reloads at home. This compact bench-top press combines a rugged steel frame with MEC's time-tested mechanical design, giving reloaders a straightforward, dependable tool for years of 16 Gauge handloading.

Sized for standard 2-3/4" shells and adjustable for 3" magnum hulls, the 600 Jr Mark 5 sets up quickly with the included charge bar and three pre-selected powder bushings in sizes 23, 25, and 29. The press features MEC's Spindex Crimp Starter for correct shell alignment, a multi-size thread pattern for flexible component fit, and built-in priming to keep the workflow simple. MEC's automatic primer feeder is available as an upgrade for higher-volume reloading sessions.

Throughput runs roughly 4 to 10 boxes per hour depending on operator speed and shell setup, making the 600 Jr Mark 5 a great fit for occasional range loads, hunting preparations, and gauge-specific handloads. MEC produces the 600 Jr Mark V family in 10, 12, 20, 28 gauge, and .410 bore, with separate die sets available so this press can be converted to another gauge in the future if your reloading needs expand.
