MDT XRS Remington 700 Short Action RH Chassis - Black

The MDT XRS Chassis System is a crossover rifle chassis for right-hand Remington 700 Short Action barreled actions and compatible clones. Its configuration supports hunting, competition, target shooting, range use, and custom rifle builds while retaining the familiar profile of a traditional rifle stock.

A full-length, CNC-machined 6061 aluminum core supports high-strength, textured polymer exterior panels. The chassis uses an aluminum V-block bedding system and a free-floating forend that accommodates barrels up to 1.25" in diameter. This model has a matte black finish, measures approximately 32.25" overall, and weighs approximately 3.9 lbs, depending on the inlet.

The stock provides an adjustable length of pull of approximately 13" to 15" through included spacers. Its cheekpiece is quickly height-adjustable with up to 1.50" of rise. Interchangeable angled and vertical overmolded textured grips are included, allowing the grip profile to be changed for the shooter's preferred position.

The 12.5" forend includes M-LOK mounting slots for accessories and accepts optional ARCA or Picatinny rail sections. An integrated barricade stop is positioned ahead of the magazine well. Front and rear sling-swivel studs are accompanied by QD sling mounts on both sides of the buttstock.

This chassis accepts detachable AICS-pattern short-action magazines, including compatible .223-family and .308-family configurations, and uses an ambidextrous magazine latch. Magazine capacity varies by the magazine selected, and a magazine is not established as included.

This New package includes the XRS chassis, angled and vertical grips, and length-of-pull spacers. It is a chassis only; the barreled action, barrel, scope, mounts, magazines, and other pictured accessories are not included.
