MDT Sporting Goods XRS Chassis Black Aluminum Core - Fits Savage Short Action

The MDT XRS Chassis is built for shooters who want the familiar feel of a traditional shaped rifle stock with the rigidity and repeatability of a modern precision rifle chassis. It pairs a full-length CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum core with high-strength textured polymer panels, keeping weight in check while delivering a stable, repeatable bedding platform.

This configuration is set up for Savage Short Action rifles in a right-hand layout. The forend is free-floating so it will not contact the barrel, helping protect shot-to-shot accuracy. An adjustable cheekrest lets the shooter dial in a proper cheek weld behind any optic, and length of pull is also adjustable to fit a wide range of shooters and shooting positions.

An M-LOK compatible forend accepts a broad range of accessories, from rails and bipod mounts to barricade stops. The grip system uses interchangeable, over-molded textured grips with both an angled grip and a vertical grip included in the box so the chassis can be tailored for hunting or precision work. The chassis accepts industry-standard AICS-pattern detachable magazines for reliable feeding.

Finished in black, the XRS Chassis drops onto a Savage Short Action rifle and gives it the ergonomics and accessory compatibility of a purpose-built precision rig.
