The MDT TIMBR Core chassis kit brings classic walnut stock styling together with a modern precision chassis, pairing a solid walnut exterior with MDT's proven aluminum micro-chassis bedding block. Designed for the Remington 700 Short Action in a right hand configuration, the TIMBR Core lets a traditionally-stocked hunting rifle be reconfigured onto a repeatable platform suited to long-range and precision work.

The chassis measures approximately 33.5" overall and weighs around 4.49 lbs. Length of pull adjusts from 13.6" to 14.3" to fit a wide range of shooters, and the forend is inlet to clear a Sendero contour barrel profile. Metal components are finished in GMC (Gun Metal Coating), a subdued gray finish that pairs naturally with the walnut stock.
