MDT Sporting Goods Hunting Bottom Metal Savage 110 Short Action Black Anodized Aluminum

The MDT Hunting Bottom Metal is a precision-machined replacement bottom metal assembly for the Savage 110 short action rifle. Swapping out the factory hinged floorplate lets the rifle run AICS-pattern detachable box magazines for fast, reliable reloads in hunting and field use.

Built from anodized 6061-T6 aluminum with a black anodized finish, the unit is rigid, lightweight, and corrosion resistant. Included hardware accommodates both the 4.27" and 4.4" action screw spacings found across the Savage 10/110 family, and the design supports rifles configured with either top or bottom bolt release.

Installation converts a Savage 110 short action into a magazine-fed rifle compatible with any AICS-pattern stock, chassis, or aftermarket hunting stock setup.
