The MDT HNT26 Chassis System is MDT Sporting Goods' first purpose-built hunting chassis, engineered specifically for backcountry hunting and disciplines such as NRL Hunter. This configuration, model 106137BCF, is built around the Tikka T3 short action in a right hand layout and pairs an ARCA-spec forend with a premium Black Carbon Fiber (BCF) finish.

The chassis body is machined from AZ61A magnesium alloy, roughly 35% lighter than aluminum, and combined with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer components to keep weight down without sacrificing rigidity. The included carbon fiber buttstock uses a foam-filled interior for sound deadening and recoil absorption, giving the HNT26 an overall length of 29.8 inches and a chassis weight of approximately 28.4 ounces.

An adjustable cheekpiece and a folding stock layout deliver user-tunable ergonomics for long days in the field.
