The MDT HNT26 is a purpose-built hunting rifle chassis designed around the Remington 700 Long Action in a right-hand configuration. Developed as MDT's first chassis engineered from the ground up for hunters, the HNT26 pairs a magnesium alloy stock base with a carbon fiber forend, a carbon fiber pistol grip, and foam-filled carbon fiber components to deliver an ultralight package weighing roughly 26 to 31 ounces.

The chassis features a free-floating action channel that promotes consistent barrel harmonics, with an integrated ARCA-spec forend for direct attachment of ARCA-compatible bipods, barricade stops, and accessories. A folding stock assembly collapses the chassis for compact transport, and the AR-style pistol grip interface accepts a wide range of aftermarket grips so shooters can dial in their preferred ergonomics. The length of pull is adjustable to fit a variety of shooters and layering for cold-weather hunts.

Finished in matte black with exposed carbon fiber panels, the HNT26 brings the durability of a hard-use precision chassis to a hunting-friendly weight class. This is the BCF (Black Carbon Fiber) variant, representing the lightest configuration in the HNT26 lineup.
