MDT Sporting Goods GRND-POD Bipod Green/Black - Picatinny Mount

The MDT GRND-POD is a versatile rifle bipod built by MDT Sporting Goods for shooters who need a stable, hard-surface rest on the range or in the field. This variant ships in Green/Black and attaches directly to a standard Picatinny rail. Designed to maximize versatility without sacrificing rigidity, the GRND-POD offers one-handed operation and an adjustable-tension cant head so you can lock the rifle solid or let it self-level.

Height is adjustable from 4.5 inches (50-degree forward leg position) to 9 inches (90-degree down leg position), measured from the pivot point. The legs swing out to a wide 7.9-inch to 10.9-inch footprint for a stable platform on hard or uneven ground, and the head provides up to 32 degrees of cant with user-adjustable tension.

The leg assembly uses carbon fiber outer legs to keep mass down, paired with a 6061-T6 aluminum core and high-strength polymer buttons and locking components. Total weight is approximately 15.3 oz. Leg positions lock into fully stowed forward, 50 degrees forward, and 90 degrees down for fast transitions between carry, ready, and prone use.
