The Maxim Defense MD15 L is a 5.56x45mm NATO semi-automatic AR-platform rifle engineered for duty, defense, and tactical applications. Chambered for both 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington, the MD15 L is built around a fluted 16" barrel with a 1:7 twist, a configuration that sheds weight without sacrificing accuracy across a wide range of bullet weights. The barrel is finished with an A2 flash hider and feeds from a 30+1-round detachable magazine.

The platform is dressed out with proven, duty-ready accessories: a M-LOK handguard for direct accessory attachment, Magpul MBUS front and rear flip-up backup sights for reliable co-witness with red dots and low-power optics, a Magpul SL-K collapsible stock, and full Magpul furniture including the pistol grip for familiar AR-pattern ergonomics.
