The Marlin 1894 Classic returns one of the most beloved lever-action designs to Marlin's modern lineup, chambered in .44 Remington Magnum with the bonus of also accepting .44 Special ammunition for low-recoil practice and plinking. Built around a 20.25" cold hammer-forged barrel with a precise 1:20" right-hand twist, this rifle delivers the accuracy, balance, and handling that have made the Model 1894 a favorite of hunters and lever-action shooters for more than a century.
The action is Marlin's signature lever with a smooth, solid lock-up, offering a 10+1 round capacity of .44 Rem Mag (11+1 when running .44 Special). The barrel and receiver are forged from steel and finished in a traditional satin blue for a clean, time-honored look. Sighting is handled by a brass bead front paired with an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear, giving you a fast, intuitive sight picture whether you are running a lever-action course or tracking game in the timber. A crossbolt safety at the rear of the receiver provides safe carry and handling.
The stock is a straight-comb American Black Walnut fixed stock with a matching walnut forend, finished in a warm brown tone and cut with clean, crisp checkering on the grip panels for positive control. Overall length measures 37.75" and the rifle weighs in at 6.40 lbs, giving it a quick, pointable feel that balances well offhand, from the bench, or in the field. Right-hand configuration. Proudly made in the USA at Marlin's Mayodan, North Carolina facility.
