The Magpul MOE SL Mid-Length Handguard is a lightweight, slim-profile polymer handguard engineered specifically for AR-15/M4 platforms running a mid-length gas system with the classic A2 front sight post. Part of Magpul's MOE Slim Line, this handguard delivers the same modular accessory-mounting capability as the standard MOE handguard in a noticeably slimmer, lighter package - ideal for carbine builds where weight savings and a clean gripping surface matter.

Built from heat-resistant reinforced polymer in a rugged Gray finish, the MOE SL Mid-Length comes in at just 8.3 oz, keeping the front of your rifle light while standing up to the heat of extended strings of fire. The integrated heat shield helps protect your support hand and keeps the gripping surface cooler during rapid fire. M-LOK slots along the sides and bottom deliver a low-profile, modular mounting platform for lights, lasers, foregrips, and any other M-LOK-compatible accessories.

Designed as a true drop-in upgrade, the MOE SL installs using the existing delta ring and round front handguard retainer from your host carbine - no permanent modifications required. The slim outer profile measures 1.8" wide by 2.4" tall and runs a maximum of 10.9" long, giving you plenty of real estate for accessories without the bulk of a quad-rail.
