The Magpul MBUS 3 Front Sight (MAG1166-BLK) is a compact, all-polymer folding back-up iron sight purpose-built for the AR platform. Designed as a lightweight, durable secondary sighting option, it deploys via a spring-loaded, ambidextrous push-button release and stows low-profile against the rail when not in use so it stays out of the way of optics and primary sights.

The MBUS 3 front sight features tool-less elevation adjustment so corrections can be made by hand without removing the sight from the rail, and uses a dual-width enhanced front post - similar to the MBUS Pro - for faster sight acquisition across varied conditions. When deployed, the sight locks solidly at standard AR sight height; when folded, it rides nearly flush above the rail for a minimal footprint.

Molded from impact-resistant polymer in a Black finish, the MBUS 3 mounts directly to any standard 1913 Picatinny rail and is compatible with the AR-15, AR-10, M4, M16, M110, and SR-25 platforms, making it an ideal back-up sight for rifles running a primary red dot or magnified optic.
