The Magpul X-22 Backpacker Stock is an aftermarket drop-in replacement stock purpose-built for the Ruger 10/22 Takedown rifle. Molded from durable reinforced polymer in a Stealth Gray finish, this fixed-position stock streamlines your takedown rimfire into a packable, trail-ready configuration without giving up the ergonomics of a full-size rifle stock.

At its core, the X-22 Backpacker delivers a true free-floated barrel channel for improved accuracy, along with a generous 13.75 inch length of pull that comfortably fits most shooters. The stock ships preconfigured for factory standard-taper barrels, and the design also supports a 0.920 inch bull barrel setup. It is fully compatible with all factory Ruger 10/22 Takedown rifles, all capacities of factory Ruger 10/22 magazines, and the Tactical Solutions SBX barrel.

Built for the backcountry, the X-22 Backpacker incorporates a hinged storage compartment in the buttstock that accepts up to three 10-round magazines, so you can carry extra ammo right with the rifle.
