The Magpul Tactile Lock-Plate - Type 1 is a polymer magazine enhancement designed to mount inside the floor plate of compatible PMAG GEN M3 magazines, giving shooters a fast and positive way to identify different loadouts by touch alone. Each plate carries the Type 1 pattern: a single raised 1/8" ridge profile, with feature heights optimized for tactile identification even when wearing gloves.

Manufactured by Magpul Industries, this Stealth Gray set installs in the floor plate of PMAG 10-, 20-, and 30-round AR/M4 GEN M3 magazines as well as the AR 300 BLK GEN M3 magazine. The low-profile 1/8" ridges minimize snag hazards while still providing distinct tactile feedback, letting you quickly tell magazines apart by feel - useful for separating different ammunition types, magazine capacities, or caliber-specific loadouts (such as 5.56 NATO and 300 BLK).
