The Magpul MBUS Pro Front Sight is an all-steel backup iron sight purpose-built to mount to any M1913 Picatinny rail or STANAG 4694 rail interface. As the premium upgrade to Magpul's polymer MBUS line, the Pro front sight features rugged steel construction with a corrosion-resistant QPQ finish for long-term durability in harsh field conditions and a lifetime of dependable service.

The hooded front sight arm provides a streamlined profile that aids in faster sight acquisition while minimizing snag hazards on plate carriers, slings, webbing, or barricades. A spring-loaded locking bar with an ambidextrous press-button release allows the sight to be quickly deployed or folded flat against the rail. Once deployed, the front blade sits at standard AR-height so it pairs cleanly with a matching MBUS or MBUS Pro rear sight for a complete backup sighting system.

At just 1.70" long and 1.50 oz, this front sight is the ideal companion for AR-15, M4, and M16-pattern rifles, as well as any firearm equipped with a compatible Picatinny top rail. The MAG1518BLK ships as a front sight only and is finished in a low-glare black to blend with most rifle builds. Pair it with a Magpul MBUS Pro or standard MBUS rear for a rugged, folding backup iron sight setup.
