The Magpul Hunter American Stock is a purpose-built drop-in chassis replacement for right-hand Ruger American Predator and Ranch rifles in short action calibers already set up to accept an AR-15 STANAG-pattern magazine. Molded in a rugged Flat Dark Earth finish and built around a rigid aluminum chassis wrapped in a tough synthetic outer shell, this stock adds real rigidity, better ergonomics, and a much-improved cheek weld to the Ruger American platform. Every MAG1207-FDE ships with Magpul's integrated STANAG magazine well pre-installed, so the rifle feeds from standard AR-pattern detachable magazines right out of the box.

The Hunter American is configured for real-world hunting and field use, with adjustable length of pull from 13" to 15" and an adjustable comb height to dial in proper eye-to-scope relief. Whether the optic is a compact red dot or a large-objective hunting scope, the stock can be set up to give the shooter a consistent, repeatable mounting position and a steady hold offhand or from a bench. The rigid aluminum chassis core keeps the action stable and isolated from external pressure points, helping you extract more of the accuracy the Ruger American barreled action is capable of delivering.
